Yes... IT'S HERE! After many requests from our clients (a few who had bad experiences elsewhere), we decided several months ago to add clinical weight loss to our list of services. After months of research and planning and testing, we are ready to roll out our program to our clients!

Weight issues plague many people in all walks of life. In our experience at Derma-Boutique, we can do many things to enhance a person’s physical beauty and skin health, but to really bring out the best in our clients, they need to be healthy from the inside out. Therefore, we have developed a successful medical weight loss program.
The goal of our program is LONG TERM weight loss. There’s no magic here. There’s also no “dieting.” We can help you achieve your goals but only if you’re willing to work at least as hard as we are. And really, why would you want to do it any other way? It doesn’t make sense to ignore the bad habits that got you where you are. Just like we won’t administer Botox and Dermal Filler without discussing sun protection and skin care, we won’t give you the tools to lose weight unless you can help us keep it off.
During the initial visit, we will take a medical history, a body composition analysis (weight, BMI, fat %), a comprehensive physical exam, and possibly lab work and/or EKG. Then we’ll spend time consulting with you about your particular weight challenges. We will assess your risk and make recommendations.
We have a number of tools that may be utilized including:
- Healthy Behavior and Eating guidelines

o Nutrition information and reading labels
o Healthy alternatives to “dieting”

No Charge
Mesotherapy* (Spot Treatment)–targeted injections for localized fat deposits such as belly, upper arms, thighs, bra strap, etc. We always follow our injections with massage and/or ultrasonic diffusion to help evenly distribute the medication at no additional charge. You may also elect to use a topical numbing cream for an additional cost. A series of 3 or more treatments is generally recommended spaced 2-3 weeks apart. One syringe covers the area of two palms
$175 for the 1st syringe, $125 for the second (at the same setting)
Phases Program for Overall Weight Loss
Initial Evaluation for “Phases” Program(not required for spot treatment) – Includes a physical examination, body composition analysis (weight, body fat %, body mass index), program materials and goal-setting including personalized calculation of ideal BMI and body fat (blood work and/or EKG may be extra). You’ll receive a 1 week supply of appetite suppressant (if indicated), HCG injection*, L-Carnitine injection*, lipotropic injection*

Phase I (acute weight loss) Weekly Visit – Includes counseling, program materials, 1 week supply of appetite suppressant (if indicated), HCG injection*, L-Carnitine injection*, lipotropic injection.* Must attend weekly and meet recommended healthy eating and physical activity goals (don't worry - no difficult diet or workout routine, just smart choices) or be dropped from the program.
$75/week
Phase II (transition) Weekly Visit –Once you have reached your goal weight, there will be a period over which we taper down the prescription weight loss medicines. This phase generally lasts from 4-6 weeks. During this phase, you will receive counseling, program materials, appetite suppressant (if indicated), HCG injection*, L-Carnitine injection*, lipotropic injection*.
$45/week
Phase III (maintenance) Bi-weekly Visit – During this phase, you will be off weight loss medicines but we will continue to assist you to maintain your goal. Includes counseling, program materials, body composition analysis (blood work may be extra). If you go outside your goal weight we will work with you to get on track quickly. You may continue lipotropic and B12 injections.
No charge if you remain within 5 lbs of your goal/Phase II weight
$25/bi-weekly if outside your range
