Dermal Fillers include a wide range of products including Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Perlane and many more. They are used to give volume to areas such as the fold from the nose to the mouth. There are also techniques to enhance facial fullness that give a very natural, youthful appearance. There are so many techniques and products to choose from, that it can seem overwhelming. Because we're national trainers, its our job to keep up with the best options available as well as the best techniques. Your friends WON'T say, "Wow, what did you have done to your face?" They'll say, "You look GREAT! You look so well-rested."
You've probably seen the duck lips of the past - but we don't do duck lips at Derma-Boutique. You'll probably be surprised to learn that many people can actually benefit from a little lip enhancement to give a slight fullness to the lips. The key here is "a little" and it must be done using a newer technique.
The procedure takes about 30-45 minutes, and, while results are immediate, there can be some bruising, so give yourself at least 2 weeks before a big event! A series of small injections is required, but the process is generally painless. We use newer products that incorporate numbing medicine, and because we're a medical office, we can also prescribe something to ensure that you're comfortable.
The duration of the product depends on how much is used and which particular product is selected. Generally, the range is from 6 months to 18 months.
